    The ABN Rajmahal sails the Ganges, a transboundary river of the plains of the northern Indian subcontinent, and its western distributary, the Hooghly. Both rivers are of religious significance to the Hindus, and also play major roles in the agriculture, industry and climatic conditions of northern India and West Bengal respectively. The embarkation point could either be at Kolkata (upstream) or Farakka (downstream), depending on the itinerary

     

    Cabins With Indian-inspired Designs

    Featuring decors highlighting the cunningness of Assamese artisanity in traditional Indian-inspired designs on hand-blocked cotton fabrics, are 22 cabins. Cabin types include: 14 twin/double cabins on the upper deck; 4 twin/double cabins, and 4 single cabins on the main deck.
