- The popular Paro Valley is the historical centre and gateway to Bhutan with over 100 temples and monasteries in the area containing one of the country's most iconic landmarks, the national museum of Ta Dzong, an ancient watchtower containing magnificent artifacts portraying the deep seeded culture of Bhutan and the Taktsang Monastery, known as Tiger's Nest. Hike to the awe-inspiring monastery that clings impossibly to a sheer cliff face at 3,120 metres (10,240 ft) above the sea level, about 900 metres (3,000 ft) above the forested Paro Valley. This temple is a prominent Himalayan Buddhist sacred site in the kingdom, or traverse the Bumdra Trek one of the finest short trek, offering unique opportunity to visit two of the most revered Buddhist Pilgrimage spots in Bhutan, Bumdra and Taktsang Monastery, as well as admiring the scenic beauty of Himalayan ranges.

- Bumthang is home to some of the oldest Bhuddhist temples and monasteries in Bhutan and consists of four main valleys, Ura, Chumey, Tang and Choekhor. Walk The Drapham Dzong Hike and uncover the Drapham dzong in the Chokor-toe valley, a newly excavated ancient dzong from around the 16th century.
- Phobjikha Valley is one of the few glacial valleys in the country, with the Black Mountains in the background and bordering the Jigme Singye Wangchuck National Park. A nature lover's paradise, walk the Gangtey Nature Trail, a gentle trek from the Gangtey Monastery through grass planes, past farmhouses and dense forests before reaching a vast expansive valley. - Lheunste Valley is famed for its weavers and distinctive textiles, the seren town is the ancestral home of kings and is also largely part of the environmentally protected area of Bhutan. Walk among the towering cliffs, river gorges and dense forests and see the Lhuntse Dzong and Khoma village among other iconic sites.
