Itinerary
Flying Time: 1hour In the Morning depart Melbourne and soar over Wonthaggi and Wilson’s Promontory, past Deal Island before arriving into Lady Barron on Flinders Island. Take some time to relax and refresh at the Furneaux Tavern Motel before setting off on a private tour of the island. Surrounded by pristine sandy beaches, the island is home to significant historical sites such as Wybalenna Chapel. Enjoy a picnic lunch then visit the island museum. After returning to the Tavern for an early dinner in order to board a boat cruise to watch the sky change colours and countless mutton birds soar silently overhead. |
Flying Time: 1hour Known for its cheese factory and staple lobster and crayfish, you will get the chance to sample some incredible seafood on King Island (subject to availability). Next, you will be taken in a private vehicle with an expert guide to explore Kings Island’s incredible beaches, calcified forest, harbour and more. Visit the Kelp Factory and the world renowned King Island Dairy, where you can make purchases of this exceptional cheese at ‘cellar door’ prices. |
Flying Time: 1hour 20minutes Depart King Island and take a magnificent low-level scenic flight tracking over the twelve apostles. You will then be met at the airfield for a private transfer to your luxury retreat. Take in the uninterrupted, sweeping views across the Investigator Strait before embarking on a guided walk along the cliff-tops. |
Enjoy a full day of exploration among the island’s west with your knowledgeable guide. See the Admirals Arch, Remarkable Rocks, Flinders Chase National Park and walk among the sea lions. |
Flying Time: 1hour 30minutes After a leisurely start to the morning, experience some of the island's cottage industries from honey and eucalyptus to wine. In the afternoon, board you private aircraft for a scenic flight on the way back to Melbourne, arriving in the late evening. |

General Cancellation Policies
- Cancellation outside 60 (or more) days prior to departure will forfeit 20% total payment
- Cancellation 30 – 59 days prior to departure will forfeit 60% of total payment
- Within 30 days (including 30 days) prior to departure will forfeit 100% of total payment
- No shows or premature departures will incur 100% total payment
- We strongly recommend guests protect themselves with travel insurance
Please Note: Cancellations must be advised in email and will take effect from the date they are received by the tour operators. In the unlikely event of aircraft unserviceability, it may be necessary to substitute aircraft to maintain the advertised itinerary. The third party tour operator reserves the right to utilise any type of twin-piston, or single-turbine aircraft. At all times aircraft used are certified to meet the strict conditions laid down by Australia’s civil aviation safety authority (CASA). The Outback Jet is the primary aircraft. In the event of maintenance it may be unavailable. At all times an aircraft of similar standard will be selected. Where possible this will be made clear prior to departure.
Pre-Existing Medical Conditions and Age Limits
You need to advise the tour operator on any pre-existing medical condition, mobility impairment and/or disability that might reasonably be expected to increase the risk of your requiring medical attention, or that might affect the normal conduct of a trip and the enjoyment of other trip members. The tour operator may require an assessment of your medical condition from a qualified medical practitioner. If you fail to adequately notify the tour operator of any pre-existing medical conditions and/or disability, the tour operator reserves the right, at its reasonable discretion, to cancel your participation in a trip at any time, including after the commencement of your trip, with no right of refund if your medical condition, mobility impairment and/or disability could be reasonably expected to affect the normal conduct of the trip and the enjoyment of other trip members.
Force Majeure
'Force Majeure' means (without restriction) any event which OCT4 Pty Ltd trading as Onlyluxe.club or its third party providers could not, even with due care, foresee or avoid. Force Majeure covers events such as, but not limited to, adverse weather conditions, fire and all similar events beyond our control. In the case of Force Majeure OCT4 Pty Ltd will not accept liability, and reserves the right to change and cancel trips.
Taxes/Service Charges
The hotel reserves the right to adjust rates agreed within the contract period in the event of tax alterations imposed by the Federal or State governments.
Travel Insurance
We STRONGLY recommend that all guests obtain travel insurance including a cancellation policy and emergency medical care.
