Lake Louise lies just ahead as you journey through, enjoying riveting sights of its turquoise waters surrounded by high peaks overlooking the stately chateau.

Gain access to one of the most accessible Icefields in North America and the largest accumulation of ice south of the arctic circle; the journey only becomes exciting! Get whisked away on an ice explorer headed to the middle of the Athabasca glacier as you get a feel of the vast glacier, learning about its geological features.

Exceed your expectations as you touch down at one of the highlights of this epic vacation. Carefully grace the glacier skywalk, a 1 km semi-circle glass-floor walkway above a staggering 280m backdrop. Today’s adventure will see you through a half-day tour. Start the morning with a motorcoach journey to Yoho National Park. The half-day tour ends in Lake Louise where our home for the next two days, the esteemed Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise awaits. A 5-star resort located on the shore of Lake Louise surrounded by majestic mountains offering stunning panoramas of the Lake and Victoria Glacier. Kick your feet up, relax by the pool or go for a swim. You can also step into a tranquil oasis at the high-end spa and undergo one of their several wellness treatments.

Today is all yours; enjoy a good time relaxing or book your own activities as you explore the extraordinary scenery and charm at Lake Louise. Launch into the beauties of Lake Louise with visits to alpine lakes sprawling raw reflections of the glacier by foot or on kayak.

Take to the Plain of Six Glaciers with trails starting from the shoreline of Lake Louise in front of the Fairmont Chateau Hotel. This revolutionary hike up the high mountain goes through mountain trees and vegetation splattered across the landscape amid the overlooking sceneries. Further, head up to an exciting rock avalanche path through to the ledge of a cliff. As you make it further up the mountain, make a stop at the rustic yet charming teahouse for a taste of deliciously home-cooked food and beverages to refuel. The best scenes can be captured from the high sides of the mountain. The Sentinel Pass, Lake Louise Ski Resort, Big Beehive and Lake Agnes are all exciting locations to explore if you have the time.

Take a trail to the top of the falls as you occasionally catch glimpses of the cascading aqua green waters tumbling down this 9m high fall to the Bow River. Feast your senses on the enormous beauty. And if you're lucky, you may see a trout swim by. Go on a final cruise that awakens your senses as you voyage through cerulean blue waters of Lake Minnewanka. Watch as the surrounding mountains and clear skies enhance the panorama on display.
