Your journey begins in Queenstown, where you will embark on this amazing journey towards Milford Sound. You will cycle from Queenstown to Milford Sound with guides and a supporting vehicle. You'll ride a section of Queenstown Trails, which meanders through some of New Zealand's most breathtaking scenery.

You'll ride a section of the Around The Mountains Cycle Trail on the second day, a dedicated cycle path that allows you to enjoy the scenery of sheep & cattle country surrounded by spectacular mountains free from traffic, passing through rich farm lands.

Queenstown Trail and Around The Mountains Cycle Trail are both New Zealand's 22 Great Rides, part of Nga Haerenga - the New Zealand Cycle Trail.

In the heart of Fiordland National Park, you'll hike on the world-famous Routeburn Track to Key Summit and enjoy a majestic overnight cruise amidst spectacular Milford Sound, with options to swim or kayak. When all the tourists have left at dusk, the fiord transforms into a peaceful scene of dramatic landscape. Immerse yourself in the atmosphere and get a sense of the serenity that the fiord offers. You'll have many opportunities for wildlife spotting such as penguins, seals and dolphins as well as learning about the history and natural environment of the fiord.
